Alonso Urdaneta

Back in Venezuela, where he is originally from, Alonso worked for years as an SSI and PADI Dive Instructor and boat captain. He came to Aruba several years ago to work in the diving industry and joined Pure Diving in 2022. He became an SDI instructor and has been with us ever since. He is our Spanish language instructor, although he also speaks English very well. Alonso actually holds a degree in Oceanography, so he is our go-to guy for obscure creature facts. Ask him anything!
